shiftalliance is excited to announce that co-founder elizabeth topp, phd will assume leadership of the company effective May 1, 2011. co-founder tim parsey has accepted a position as Yahoo’s senior vice president of user experience design. congratulations, tim!


elizabeth’s vision and pioneering scholarship have shaped shiftalliance from the company’s inception in 2009. her experience coaching leaders through executive and global training and her innovative approach to helping people thrive make elizabeth the ideal person to lead shiftalliance into the future.


yahoo will surely benefit as a result of tim’s brilliant innovation - the same creative vision that helped shape the shiftalliance services and software. as a shiftalliance co-founder, tim will now serve in an advisory role.


after two years of research and development, shiftalliance has established a strong team with offices in Seattle, Los Angeles and Minneapolis. our unique approach to meaningful business design is helping to transform businesses from the inside out. it’s a whole people, whole business approach to creating meaningful value. and it works.
